Real-time grinding cycle check

In-process measurements involve parameters related to product quality, dimensions, shape, surface accuracy, cycle time, and tool wear monitoring. Changes in measurement values during grinding (changes in replacement amount) are compared with the feed speed values of the grinding wheel, and if the limit value is exceeded, the P7ME electronic measurement system automatically outputs a signal to the machine cycle to optimize the process. In the machining process, automatic tool correction is also possible through post-process full or sampling measurements, allowing for monitoring of the process as an optimal static process.
